Spring in Maple Ridge!
Greetings Maple Ridge,
Maple Ridge is in bloom and the pollen is fallin'! With the much anticipated changes of the Spring season, our community is also about to undergo some very exciting changes! This month we will formally introduce the new HOA covenants and begin the transition to a permanent member homeowners association. Over many months we have worked with our attorney to introduce covenants that are designed simply and solely to ensure the financial strength of our community so that we can routinely perform much needed maintenance. These improvements and ongoing maintenance, such as the recently completed entrance sign project will allow us to keep our common areas and facilities updated which in turns helps us all with improved property values. Please take a few minutes to learn more about the non-restrictive covenants and the transition in the April HOA Update in the Announcements section.
Many other events are taking place this month including the Easter Egg Hunt, a very important community meeting, annual billing and swim team registration!

Easter Egg Hunt!
Kenzie Ct. Saturday, April 3rd, 9:30-11:30
Join us for the Maple Ridge Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 3rd! We will be on Kenzie Ct. this year and and it will look a little different as we try to maintain social distancing guidelines and avoid a big crowd. We will have simultaneous egg hunts going on with time in between each to allow for crowds to disperse. There will also be golden eggs for for each age group! Below are the times and addresses for each egg hunt:
1515 Kenzie Court (Rubin Family)
9:30-9:45 a.m. - ages 2 and under in front yard
9:30-9:45 a.m.- ages 3-4 years old in back yard
10:30-10:45 a.m.- ages 9 and older in back yard
1566 Kenzie Court (Handley Family)
10:00-10:15 a.m.- ages 5-6 years old
1546 Kenzie Court (Rodgriguez Family)
10:00-10:15 a.m.- ages 7-8 years old
Spring Break
Monday, April 5th - Friday April 9th
Gwinnett County Schools will be closed for Spring Break on Monday April 5th through Friday, April 9th.
HOA Community Meeting
Monday, April 12th, 7PM
The HOA will hold a very important meeting on Monday, April 12th to discuss the new covenants and transition to permanent membership.
Annual HOA Invoices
Wednesday, April 14th
Annual invoices will be distributed to all homes on April 14th and will include detailed information on all of your new membership options.

Pavilion Table Makeover
Thank you Larry Newkam for refurbishing the old worn out picnic tables at the pavilion. After some heavy sanding and a fresh coat of stain the four large tables are ready for many more tennis and pool parties!

Maple Ridge Tennis
Maple Ridge Tennis teams compete all year with Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter seasons. If you are interested in joining the team, even if you just want to practice with the team, please contact us and we will have a team captain reach out to you!
Maple Ridgemen Softball Team
The Maple Ridgemen Softball Team is a fun, semi-competitive team playing in the Gwinnett County Softball League at George Pierce Park. The Ridgemen play in the Spring and Fall seasons. For more information on joining the team, please contact the HOA and the team manager will reach out to you!
