Maple Ridge Facilities, Rules and Rentals
Maple Ridge has many great community facilities nestled down the hill and in the trees on Dunsford Circle! As a full member of the homeowners association you and your family will have access to the pool during the Summer months and full-year access to the pavilion and tennis courts.
The tennis courts do not require a reservation but it is recommended as there are often tennis matches scheduled. Be sure to book your tennis court times in advance or simply check the calendar to ensure there are no scheduled matches.
The Pavilion is available for rental at no charge for private parties, however a small security deposit is requried. Please see the Pavilion section below for rental details.

Junior Olympic Pool and Baby Pool
Maple Ridge has a recently renovated junior olympic sized pool and baby (wading) pool which serves as the home of the Maple Ridge Manta Rays, Summer Dive-In movies and birthday parties!
The pool is open to full members from 11:00am to 10:00pm beginning approximately mid-May to mid-September and lifeguards are on duty weekends 11am to 5pm.

Maple Ridge Pavilion
The Maple Ridge Pavilion is the gathering place for birthday parties, cookouts, tennis match spectating and escaping the Summer sun! The large gathering place is available for private parties and meetings at no charge but does require a security deposit to ensure our hosts return the pavilion in the same condition as it was.

Tennis Courts
Maple Ridge has two newly resurfaced tennis courts, new lights and new nets. The courts are used often for tennis practice and nearly every weekend for matches against neighboring communities.
If you are interested in being a part of the tennis teams, please contact the current team captain!
If you are interested in reserving the tennis courts, please first check the calendar to ensure your preferred date is available, then use the contact form submit your free reservation. Reservations can only be granted to Full Swim/Tennis members.
