Maple Ridge on the Move!
Hello Neighbors,
As we move into the Thanksgiving season and consider all that we are grateful for - we are truly thankful for a great Halloween in the neighborhood! The decorations around the community were better than most years so the build up to Halloween was that much more exciting. THANK YOU for the creative, safe and fun ways that you all participated to make it a memorable night for the kids. With our virtual contest this year and voting on Facebook, every neighbor was able to enjoy the costume and pumpkin carving entries. And...*drum roll*...The results are in! Check out the “Ridge Pics” section to see all of the contest entries and of course the prize winners!
Also this month, our current president, Colleen Kingery, will give an update from the board on the neighborhood improvement projects that are in the works. Please take a few minutes to read this important and exciting update in the “Announcements” section, and please share your thoughts on the initiatives by clicking the “Reply to this letter” button at the conclusion of the letter. There will be a Maple Ridge community meeting on December 7th where these and other developments will be discussed. Please pencil that date in your calendar. We will confirm the meeting date with time and location soon.
We hope you enjoy the November edition of the Maple Ridge Newsletter!
All Our Thanks,

6Pm, Friday 11/13 - Maple Ridge Pool Parking Lot
Come join the fun on Friday November 13th when we project movies in the pool parking lot beginning at 6:00 pm! We will begin with “Garfield's Thanksgiving”, have a brief intermission and then show “Free Birds”- a funny animated movie about turkeys trying to get themselves off of the Thanksgiving menu! Please bring your own blankets and chairs and park on the street so we have enough room for everyone in the pool parking lot. We are encouraging social distancing to keep our event safe and fun for everyone! Should it rain our rain date is Saturday the 14th.
