Happy 4th of July Maple Ridge!
Greetings Maple Ridge,
It’s been a great start to Summer in Maple Ridge and the pool, pavilion and tennis courts are active everyday with parties, tennis matches and swim team practices and meets! If you aren’t a swim/tennis member, it isn’t too late to join the pool this year. Your household can receive a pro-rated fee for the remainder of the swim season when you become a permanent member of the homeowners association. Please contact the HOA at HOA@MapleRidgeSubdivision.com to inquire on the pro-rated fee.
The Maple Ridge Manta Rays regular season has concluded after an incredible undefeated, co-championship season! The team members who have qualifying times for the Gwinnett County Championships now have one more week of practice before the County Championships at Georgia Tech on July 9th through the 11th. Check out the team in action in the Ridge Pics section!

Pro-rated Fees available Now!
There is still two and a half months left in the pool season and discounted membership fees are now being offered for those who also become Permanent Members. Simply contact the HOA and we will send an invoice for the pro-rated amount for the remainder of the Summer.

Fireworks in Maple Ridge
Reminders for a Safe and Legal Holiday
Georgia Law states that fireworks can be set off within 10am and 11:59pm on July 3rd and July 4th. Please be courteous of your neighbors and pets and aware of overhead power lines! Fireworks are fun but remember, even those little sparklers our kids hold reach temperatures of 2,000 degrees! Have fun and be safe neighbors!
Pavilion Party Reservations
Reservations now being accepted for 2021
Reservations are now being accepted for 2021 parties at the Maple Ridge Pavilion. Swim/Tennis members may make reservations and submit the refundable deposit by downloading the Pavilion Reservation Form.

The Maple Ridge Manta Rays go Undefeated
Congratulations to our mighty Manta Rays for returning to the pool without missing a beat after a canceled season last year. The energy level and excitement was at an all time high this year and our team was smokin' fast in the pool! Thank you all that made this memorable season possible, including Head Coach Catherine Sakaris and her assistants as well as April Okeson who organizes it all from volunteers, logistics, vendors, sponsors and pool management.

Maple Ridge Tennis teams compete all year with Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter seasons. If you are interested in joining the team, even if you just want to practice with the team, please contact us and we will have a team captain reach out to you!
Maple Ridgemen Softball Team
The Maple Ridgemen Softball Team is a fun, semi-competitive team playing in the Gwinnett County Softball League at George Pierce Park. The Ridgemen play in the Spring and Fall seasons. For more information on joining the team, please contact the HOA and the team manager will reach out to you!
