Happy Holidays Maple Ridge!
Happy Holidays Neighbors,
We have a lot going on in Maple Ridge this month! The community entrance makeover is underway with new landscaping going in at Suwanee Creek, a lot of clearing out at South Scales and painting of the brick columns. Soon column lights will be installed and within 6 to 8 weeks metal fencing between the columns will be installed which will hold the newly fabricated signs! You can see a mockup of the new signs in the Board Update originally published in the November Newsletter. In that update you can also read about many important home value related initiatives in the works right now including the transition to a permanent membership HOA and rental capacity limitations.
We also have a new City Championship Tennis team in Maple Ridge! Read about that great accomplishment in the Shout Out section!
Lastly, we turned up our house and yard decorating a couple notches in October when celebrating Halloween! Let's do the same this month and Light up Maple Ridge! We will make it a contest, because that is fun, and award the top decorated homes with prizes. Whether you go big or small with your decorating, let's light up Maple Ridge and spread the joy this holiday season! The social committee will pick the winners on December 20th and we will share the pictures in the next newsletter!
We hope you enjoy the December edition of the Maple Ridge Newsletter!
Happy Holidays!
