Happy Fall Y'all!
Leaves are falling, evenings are cooler, pumpkins and mums are on the porch and footballs are flying - it is Fall in the Ridge!
Maple Ridge brings in Fall and Halloween like no other and the decorating is already beginning around the community setting the stage for another great Halloween. This year the HOA has voted to bring back the in-person Costume Contest. In lieu of repeating the latest CDC guidelines we are simply asking everyone to participate to the extent that you prefer and distance and mask as you feel necessary. We all look forward to an enjoyable and safe evening and another great Halloween for our Ridgekids. If you are participating in trick or treat for the neighborhood kids, remember to leave your porch light on. If not, please turn your porch light off so you will not be disturbed.
If you do not feel comfortable participating in the in-person Costume Contest please e-mail pictures of your costumes to HOA@MapleRidgeSubdivision.com and we will share your pictures in the event recap in the November newsletter!
Attention Maple Ridge Members and Tennis Players: We now have a community Tennis Machine! See the announcements section for more details on how to register and rent the tennis machine at the Maple Ridge Tennis Courts!
Have a great Fall everyone and we hope you enjoy the October Newsletter!
Warm regards,
Maple Ridge Homeowners Association

Tennis Machine Now Available!
Rental Rate: $10/Hour
As part of the continued effort to provide additional member perks, the HOA has made a Tennis Tutor ProLite Plus Tennis Machine available for rent to in-community Swim/Tennis members. The Tennis Machine will shoot tennis balls from 10 to 75 miles per hour in 1.5 to 10 second increments. Tennis balls specifically designed for use in the machine will also be provided. The tennis machine is stored in a password protected cabinet just outside the tennis court gate.
If you are interested in renting the tennis machine at some point you will be asked to first complete the one-time registration process and select your unique lockbox code. This code will be assigned to your account so that we can permit access to those who have rented the tennis courts and the machine at the time of the reservation. To complete the one-time registration process please continue here.
After the one-time registration process you can simply visit the "Reserve Tennis Court" page at MapleRidgeSubdivision.com to reserve a court and rent the tennis machine.
