Membership Selection
Thank you for you for joining the Maple Ridge MantaRay Swim team for the 2022 season! To complete the signup process, please select your Maple Ridge membership option below. Maple Ridge residents will either select the Permanent Membership option if you have completed the notarized Maple Ridge Permanent Member Consent form in 2021 or plan to in 2022. Otherwise, Maple Ridge residents may select the Non-Member option.
Swim Team families living outside of Maple Ridge should select the Non-Member option below.

Permanent Members: My household resides within Maple Ridge and has completed the notarized Permanent Membership Consent in 2021 or will become a permanent member in 2022 prior to the 2022 swim season.
